1 系統的結(jie)構


變頻電源采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)高頻SPWM技術和通用(yong)(yong)(yong)電壓型單(dan)相全橋逆變電路,選取ICBT功率模(mo)塊作為開關器件,控制電路采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)全數字化設計。


輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)和(he)電(dian)感電(dian)流通過采樣網(wang)絡,將(jiang)輸(shu)入信(xin)號(hao)(hao)轉(zhuan)換為(wei)(wei)TMS320LF2407所需要(yao)的電(dian)平,接至TMS3201F2407的A/D轉(zhuan)換口。通過鍵盤(pan)鍵入所要(yao)求的輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)、頻率(lv)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),由SCI模塊與(yu)DSP實(shi)現通訊(xun)。得到逆變(bian)器當(dang)前工作的基準電(dian)壓(ya)信(xin)號(hao)(hao),經過電(dian)壓(ya)電(dian)流調(diao)(diao)節器獲得實(shi)際的正弦調(diao)(diao)制信(xin)號(hao)(hao),與(yu)DSP定時器產生的三角(jiao)波(bo)載波(bo)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)相交截,輸(shu)出(chu)帶有一(yi)定死區的驅動(dong)控制信(xin)號(hao)(hao),經驅動(dong)單元進(jin)行(xing)隔(ge)離(li)放(fang)大(da)后送到IGBT。DSP可以把當(dang)前時刻(ke)的輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)、頻率(lv)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)送給單片機并(bing)在8位(wei)LED上(shang)顯示出(chu)來。為(wei)(wei)了保(bao)證(zheng)過壓(ya)、欠壓(ya)、過流(過載)的情況下能(neng)有效地保(bao)護功率(lv)開關(guan)和(he)負載,在本(ben)系統中設置(zhi)了保(bao)護電(dian)路,一(yi)旦(dan)出(chu)現故(gu)障,PDPINT引腳為(wei)(wei)低電(dian)平狀態,封鎖驅動(dong)脈沖(chong)控制信(xin)號(hao)(hao),切(qie)斷(duan)變(bian)頻電(dian)源輸(shu)出(chu)。


2 SPWM原理


在進行脈(mo)(mo)寬(kuan)調制時,使(shi)脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)系列(lie)的(de)占空比按正弦(xian)規律來(lai)安排。當正弦(xian)值為最大(da)值時,脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)的(de)寬(kuan)度也(ye)(ye)最大(da),而脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)間(jian)的(de)間(jian)隔(ge)則(ze)最小(xiao)(xiao),反之,當正弦(xian)值較(jiao)小(xiao)(xiao)時,脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)的(de)寬(kuan)度也(ye)(ye)小(xiao)(xiao),而脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)間(jian)的(de)間(jian)隔(ge)則(ze)較(jiao)大(da),這樣的(de)電(dian)壓脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)系列(lie)可以使(shi)負載電(dian)流中(zhong)的(de)高次諧波(bo)成(cheng)分(fen)大(da)為減小(xiao)(xiao),稱為正弦(xian)波(bo)脈(mo)(mo)寬(kuan)調制。


DSP實時地(di)從單片(pian)機讀取所(suo)需要的(de)電壓的(de)頻率和幅值作為當前輸(shu)出(chu)電壓的(de)基(ji)準(zhun)(給定(ding))。獲(huo)取當前時刻的(de)正弦(xian)(xian)值,基(ji)準(zhun)正弦(xian)(xian)信(xin)號(hao)是通過(guo)查(cha)表(biao)(biao)法產生的(de)。在(zai)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)控制(zhi)系統中(zhong)正弦(xian)(xian)基(ji)準(zhun)信(xin)號(hao)就(jiu)是一個正弦(xian)(xian)數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)表(biao)(biao)格,故應將(jiang)正弦(xian)(xian)波按其(qi)表(biao)(biao)達(da)式(shi)制(zhi)成0°~360°的(de)表(biao)(biao)格供查(cha)用,在(zai)本設計中(zhong),正弦(xian)(xian)數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)表(biao)(biao)格中(zhong)數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)點數(shu)(shu)(shu)選為1024,可將(jiang)其(qi)數(shu)(shu)(shu)值放在(zai)片(pian)外(wai)數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)存(cun)儲器(qi)。有如(ru)卜(bu)關(guan)系式(shi):

由于本系(xi)統系(xi)變(bian)頻電源(yuan),即fS是在變(bian)化(hua)的(de)(de),且(qie)系(xi)統采(cai)用(yong)的(de)(de)是異步調制,所(suo)以(yi)N也是隨fS變(bian)化(hua)而變(bian)化(hua)的(de)(de)。由此(ci)必須(xu)實時(shi)變(bian)化(hua)定時(shi)時(shi)間T以(yi)確保整個(ge)周期(qi)的(de)(de)脈沖(chong)數最大(da)限度地接近整數,以(yi)避免(mian)或減少輸(shu)出波(bo)形(xing)含有基波(bo)的(de)(de)子諧波(bo);此(ci)外,還(huan)須(xu)實時(shi)地改變(bian)脈沖(chong)序(xu)列,以(yi)保證輸(shu)出電壓值不發生較(jiao)大(da)的(de)(de)跳變(bian)。


3.1.1 實時改變定時時間


假設fS=400 Hz,則頻(pin)率凋制比Mf為(wei)




由于整個周期的(de)脈(mo)沖數(shu)NE超(chao)過1,所(suo)(suo)以NE只能選用(yong)定標為(wei)Q0,即NE只能為(wei)整數(shu),所(suo)(suo)以NE=62,從而在(zai)(zai)脈(mo)沖數(shu)上出(chu)現(xian)了相差(cha)了O.5個,反映在(zai)(zai)橋臂(bei)輸出(chu)電(dian)壓上,有正負輸出(chu)所(suo)(suo)含的(de)脈(mo)沖數(shu)不相同(tong)。由此會產生基頻的(de)子諧(xie)波(bo)。


如(ru)果我們以當前(qian)的(de)(de)脈沖(chong)數NE回(hui)推出開關頻率,則有fc=62x400=24.8kHz,這(zhe)樣確定(ding)的(de)(de)開關頻率,就最大限度(du)地保汪了正負調制周期的(de)(de)脈沖(chong)數近(jin)似相同(tong)。設(she)計中,定(ding)時器(qi)1的(de)(de)工作方式設(she)定(ding)為(wei)連(lian)續增(zeng)減計數方式,故




其中fcpu=20 MHz為(wei)時(shi)(shi)鐘(zhong)頻(pin)率(lv),開(kai)關頻(pin)率(lv)25 kHz時(shi)(shi)可得定時(shi)(shi)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)T為(wei)40μs,T1PR為(wei)400;而(er)開(kai)關頻(pin)率(lv)為(wei)24.8 kHz時(shi)(shi)可得定時(shi)(shi)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)T為(wei)40.65μs,T1PR為(wei)403.225,T1PR定標(biao)為(wei)Q0,所以(yi)只能(neng)為(wei)整(zheng)數403,故求得頻(pin)率(lv)調制比




,所以(yi)正負(fu)調制周(zhou)期的(de)(de)脈(mo)沖數(shu)相差極(ji)少,為0.035,這樣就最大限度的(de)(de)消除了基頻的(de)(de)子諧(xie)波。


3.1.2 實時改變脈沖序(xu)列


脈沖(chong)序列(lie)是(shi)一(yi)種(zhong)連續有序輸(shu)出的具有二進(jin)制(zhi)數特點(dian)的脈沖(chong)隊列(lie),它可通過一(yi)路(lu)或多路(lu)同步輸(shu)出。


當頻率(lv)不發(fa)生改變(bian)時(shi),DSP按原來的輸(shu)出序(xu)列(N=1,2,…NE)循環輸(shu)出脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong),設在第N個周(zhou)期時(shi),頻率(lv)發(fa)生改變(bian),則DSP應按新的脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)序(xu)列(N′=l,2,…NE′)輸(shu)出脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)。


圖(tu)2中(zhong),在N=25時刻頻(pin)率從(cong)500Hz變(bian)(bian)化到250Hz,由于(yu)N=25對(dui)應輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)頻(pin)率500Hz為(wei)零(ling)點(dian)處,對(dui)應于(yu)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)頻(pin)率250Hz為(wei)正峰值(zhi)處,所以如(ru)果(guo)不改(gai)變(bian)(bian)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)序列(lie),則會導致輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)電(dian)壓相(xiang)位和(he)電(dian)壓值(zhi)都出(chu)(chu)(chu)現(xian)跳變(bian)(bian),如(ru)圖(tu)2(a)所示;圖(tu)2(b)中(zhong)按一定(ding)的(de)規律(lv)改(gai)變(bian)(bian)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)序列(lie),輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)電(dian)壓相(xiang)位和(he)電(dian)壓值(zhi)就(jiu)不會出(chu)(chu)(chu)現(xian)跳變(bian)(bian)。為(wei)了保證在頻(pin)率切換過(guo)程中(zhong)電(dian)壓的(de)相(xiang)位變(bian)(bian)化最(zui)小(xiao),輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)電(dian)壓值(zhi)不發生(sheng)較大(da)的(de)跳變(bian)(bian),應按下式(shi)來確定(ding)新的(de)脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)序列(lie)中(zhong)起(qi)始的(de)脈(mo)(mo)沖(chong)序號N′,即令:
